At the request of the Society of American Military Engineers (SAME) Young Professionals Community of Interest (COI), Engage’s founder, Jilian Breeden, recently co-presented a webinar about how existing DoD planning and programming tools can be used by A/E firms to inform their business development (BD) strategies. Jilian shared her knowledge of DD Form 1391s – what they are, how they are used, and what actions they prompt – as well as an overview of the DoD’s Planning, Programming, Budgeting, and Execution (PPBE) process and insights into existing documents that can help firms identify future opportunities.
